Dr. Brian Geller

 

ERP Dr. | Executive Health

Emergency Medicine Physician

Dr Brian Geller qualified in Family Medicine in 1994. He has spent the majority of his career in rural and remote Canada. He has worked internationally supporting rural and remote care. The College of Family Physicians of Canada has recognized Dr Geller as having enhanced skills in Family Practice Surgery and Emergency Medicine. While in active practice he obtained an MBA. He applied his skills as a physician and executive by working with the Society of Rural Physicians to develop a rural focused medical school in Nepal, serving as the Director of Physician Affairs for the Saskatchewan Medical Association, and Program Director of Enhanced Skills and Family Medicine training programs in Saskatchewan. Dr Geller has also acted as a consultant to the College of Family Physicians of Canada, and Post Graduate Dean of Medical Education at the University of Saskatchewan. He continues to be an active member of several national boards and committees. Dr Geller is passionate about caring for the entire person in a holistic way.

Daysha Shuya

Executive Health

Sport Physiotherapist

BScPT, MScKin, tDPT, CAFCI, GTT, RYI

Daysha graduated from the U of S school of Physiotherapy in 2003. She has obtained both her sport certificate and diploma from Sport Physio Canada, as well as accreditation with the International Association of Sport Physical Therapy. Daysha has an M.Sc. in Kinesiology with a focus on injury prevention through the concept of physical manifestation of emotion. In 2015 Daysha completed a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is certified in both traditional acupuncture for musculoskeletal dysfunction and 3 different styles of dry needling. Daysha completed a 200 hour yoga instructor course while she lived in a monastic Ashram in 2006. As her free spirit shines through, she has worked in 6 different countries with football teams as well as the Supervisor of Performance Medicine for Cirque du Soleil. She helped adapt curriculum, and then instructed for the International K-Taping Academy from 2011-2017, teaching health care professionals across Canada proprioceptive taping techniques. She has taught over 50 courses as a sessional lecturer for the U of R in Anatomy, Physiology, as well as Care & Prevention of Athletic Injuries. Daysha has been the sport physio for the U of R Cougar Women’s Hockey, Regina Thunder, Regina Rams and at several Canada Games. Daysha is the past president of the Board of Directors for the Sport Medicine & Science Council of Saskatchewan, former chair of Sport Physio Canada- Saskatchewan Division, as well as the Past President of the College of Physical Therapists of Saskatchewan. Daysha’s personal background in dance, martial arts and cheerleading- all at National levels, helped form the basis for her treatment style. Her hands-on treatment approach, combined with movement analysis and exercise prescription, is something she loves to provide. The clinic really is one of her happy places!

Kyle McDonald

Kyle McDonald is a high-performance psychology consultant who works with executives, senior leaders, and high-stakes decision-makers to strengthen focus, resilience, and performance under pressure. He is the owner of Competitive Will Performance Consulting, where he designs evidence-based frameworks that help leaders think clearly, communicate effectively, and perform consistently in demanding environments. Kyle brings elite-level performance expertise from his work with professional sport organizations, including NHL, WHL, and national team programs. While his background is rooted in high-performance sport, his approach translates directly to executive leadership—supporting clarity in decision-making, emotional regulation, confidence in high-pressure moments, and sustainable performance over time. Previously, Kyle led the mental performance program for Canada’s National Para Ice Hockey Team through the four-year cycle leading into the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Games. His work focused on leadership development, performance profiling, and resilience training, contributing to long-term success in complex, high-stakes environments. Kyle currently works one-on-one with executives and leadership teams seeking a competitive edge through structured mental performance coaching. He is a PhD candidate and sessional instructor at the University of Regina and holds national certifications as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and High Performance Practitioner with Sport Science Canada. Kyle lives in Regina with his wife, Lisa, their children Piper and Asher, and their dog, Winnie.
