The Concussion Collective is a coordinated network of trusted healthcare professionals and community resources working together to support individuals after concussion and with persistent post-concussion symptoms.
Concussion recovery is rarely one-dimensional. Symptoms can affect balance, vision, cognition, mood, sleep, hearing, and the autonomic nervous system. This collaborative brings together medical providers, rehabilitation specialists, diagnostic services, and wellness supports to ensure people receive the right care, at the right time, without navigating the system alone.

This resource list is designed to help patients, families, and practitioners identify qualified services across assessment, treatment, symptom management, and recovery support. It is a living document, intended to reflect current evidence, clinical expertise, and community partnerships. These are not endorsements, but pathways to care.
